We offer for sale a landed property in the village of Tsrkva, Kyupriata, commune. Balchik.
The property has an area of 25,000 sq.m., with an uneven shape and a very slight unevenness.
The plot has a PUP - a plan, with the intended way of building and allotment for housing needs with indicators: building density - 60%; building intensity - Kint - 1.20; minimum landscaped area 40%. There is no domestic sewage network in the area of the property. The removal, discharge and treatment of waste water from the objects in it will be carried out in individual local facilities - a cesspool with an appropriate volume for each individual residential building.
The property is located about 1 km southwest of the borders of the village of Tsrkva and about 2 km west of the village of Obrochishte. From the northwest, the property is bordered by an existing field road, which is also the property boundary of the property. It connects with the existing IV class road passing through the villages of Obrochishte and Tsrkva. At the moment, the land property has the status of permanent use "abandoned level". The place is not cleared, it is not fenced. The border of the property on one side is the Batova river, which runs through the village itself.
The village of Tsrkva is a fairly large, lively and well-developed village in North-Eastern Bulgaria. It is located 6 km from the resort of Albena and 19 km from the city of Balchik.
